Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for paid subscriptions to Sofi, operated by ADVINIX MEDIA LABS PRIVATE LIMITED. Please read it together with our Terms & Conditions.
1. Digital Subscriptions
Sofi is a digital subscription service. Access to paid features is granted immediately once a subscription or trial begins. Because the Service is delivered digitally and consumed in real time, fees are generally non-refundable except as described below or as required by applicable law.
2. Free or Introductory Trials
If we offer a trial (for example, a low-cost introductory period), the trial terms are shown in the app at the time of purchase. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and your payment method will be charged at the then-current price.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from within the app or through the app store you used to subscribe. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will keep access to paid features until that period ends. Cancelling does not, by itself, trigger a refund for the current period.
4. When You May Be Eligible for a Refund
We may, at our discretion, provide a refund where:
- You were charged in error, charged more than once, or charged after a valid cancellation.
- A technical fault on our side prevented you from using the paid features for a significant part of the billing period and we were unable to resolve it.
- A refund is required under the applicable consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction.
Refunds are generally not provided simply because you forgot to cancel, did not use the Service, or changed your mind after the billing period began.
5. Purchases Through App Stores
If you subscribed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, your purchase may also be subject to that store's own refund policies and timelines. In many cases, refund requests for store purchases must be made directly through the relevant app store.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or report a billing issue, email us at support@sofiaofficial.com with the registered phone number on your account, the date and amount of the charge, and a short description of the issue. Please contact us within 7 days of the charge so we can assist you promptly.
7. Processing of Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method through our payment partner. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, though the time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or payment provider.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
